❓ Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What if I do multiple rides on the same day?
A: For distance-based criteria (e.g., "days with ≥20km"), only your LONGEST ride per day counts toward qualifying days. However, for cumulative distance totals (like World Food Day's 375km target), ALL rides count. This prevents gaming the system while still rewarding high mileage.
Q: Can a single ride count toward multiple challenges?
A: Yes! If you have overlapping challenges (e.g., World Food Day and 54321 in October), one ride can qualify for both if it meets both criteria.
Q: Can a ride count toward multiple tiers in the same challenge?
A: Usually no. Most challenges (like 54321) require rides to count toward only one tier. Exception: Cookoo PRM-4 and Individual Distance allow rides to count toward multiple tiers simultaneously.
Q: What happens if I miss a day in a streak challenge?
A: You must start the streak over. This only applies to March Madness (requires 10 consecutive days).
Q: Do activities need to be outdoor?
A: As long as they sync to Strava, indoor activities (trainer rides, treadmill runs, etc.) count.
Q: Can I complete multiple challenges simultaneously?
A: Absolutely! Many riders work on 3-4 challenges at once, especially when events overlap.
Q: If I exceed a tier, do I automatically complete lower tiers?
A: For progressive challenges (Individual Distance, Cookoo PRM-4), yes. If you reach Gold, you automatically have Bronze and Silver.
